This role manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and/or large scale projects while ensuring high-level deliverables are met across projects. Activities include but are not limited to customer engagement and reviews, minimizing exposure to risk, proactively managing and devising contingency plans due to changes in project scope, and providing quality assurance. In addition, the project manager is responsible for managing and analyzing the profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects.
