Duties and Responsibilities+ Account Payable (AP) - Check and note all vendor invoice - Check all supplier payment such as partners oversee - Make account payable report - Keep all vendor invoice keep in one file - Prepare payment voucher for GM to approve and pay to vendor - Keep all payment voucher with invoice to keep it in order + Account Receivable (AR) - Checking all customers credit report with invoice - Make account receivable report - Print all invoices and keep in one file - Follow up and call to all customers ask for payment - After customers paid have to take note and take out the invoice put in file paid.+ Stock Controller - Checking stock in/out - control cost of stock - Count stock every month
