1. Recruiting all staff level from entry level to supervisor candidates2. Fostering the implementation of employee onboarding and job description transfers as training need analysis (TNA)3. Maintaining HR administrative/ Document (Employee data, assets lending form, time employment agreement (PKWT), SOP, Policies and Guidelines, and contracts4. Responsible to designing payroll form, overtime pay, allowance, basic salary5. Monitoring employee lending assets6. Managing employee job description and work flow daily basis to ensure it stays productive7. Monitoring KPI achieve and performance appraisal per month to all department, ensuring the staff assigned and carry out proper tasks8. Checking performance standard and service performance (hospitality, absences, leave permits, tardiness)9. Controlling branch store that got red flag categories for immediate improvement10. Responsible to providing instructions of work programs per department

1.Visiting to every stores a day (3-4 stores) that have problems or complain or get a red zone from manager or supervisor stores.2. Holding reguler meetings weekly to discuss about targets and all programsto be designed3. Negotiating income consumer goods with purchase/buyer parties every month in order to achieve employee target4. Ensuring Point Of Purchase (POP) are displayed in the stores according head office program5. Manage Retail Operation (RO) raising the Share Of Shelf (SOS) and planogram targets every month with marketing strategy.6. Monitoring RO in Out Of Stock (OOS), FIFO, LIFO reports in the stores7. Recording RO absences every month to check attendance and payroll before submit to HR Payroll
