Develop and execute digital video content strategy across various platforms. Create engaging and impactful content, manage digital campaigns, and optimise content for maximum reach and effectiveness. This role requires strong video production skills, video post-production skills, content plan + writing skills, and an understanding of digital marketing, exceptional storytelling abilities, and proficiency in various content creation tools and platforms.

Responsible for the overall direction of coordination, implementation, control and completion of certain projects, as well as ensuring consistency with the DPR Production's strategy, commitment and goals.

-Lead and manage the video production team. (2 PAs, 3 Videographers, 4 Editors)-Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.-Direct and oversee all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.-Ensure that video content is delivered at the highest quality, and meets or exceeds client expectations.-Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, social media, and design, to ensure that video content is integrated effectively into broader marketing and communications strategies.- Also serves as a Creative Director to collaborate with other team members to develop creative concepts for video projects that meet client needs and align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.-Manage equipment and resources necessary for video production, and ensure that they are properly maintained and utilized.-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production, and continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement.

As a Producer:- My job is to look for the vendor, prepare for shooting from the pitching deck until its final form, and supervise the social media and developing concepts for promotional campaigns including pricing strategies, product placement, and targeted messages to specific audiences. I also specifying the budget required in a production according to the amount determined by the executive producer.As a Director:- Control and manage the creative components and form of this project. My duties include reading and editing scripts, motivating and directing hosts, and working with editors to produce the project in its final form.

Supervises the creatives on my team. My jobs are developing ideas and monitor the creatives' overall performance. My role is integral in assuring the best content quality the creative team can produce due to their contribution in leading their team from coordination to quality control. In addition, I can advise my manager with their decision making, since they have a more involved role during content making process.
