He was one of the founding fathers of Amrop Delphi's forerunner, Delphi Consulting, and was CEO of the company until 2007.Trygve focuses on recruitment of top-level managers and key roles specialized in finance, such as CFO, PE and investment roles. His area of expertise is top-level recruitment in large enterprises, especially in telecom, retail, wholesale and real estate.Trygve previously held the position as Director at Mercuri Urval and played an essential part in building the company from 1979. In 1986 he left Mercuri Urval and founded Delphi Consulting.Trygve has held over 20 board memberships, and has been a jury member in “CFO of the year” (Econa and E&Y) numerous times, and chairman of the jury for “Young leader talents of the year” (Schibsted and E24) for several years.Trygve holds an MBA from Henley Management College. He is a graduate of the Norwegian Royal Military Academy and the Norwegian Navy Academy.
