Working from home in a freelance style position with technical support for a Norwegian chat-portal. On an average day I help customers with anything related to the webchat, and resolve 300-500 case per day, while the average cases solved per day by an average team-member is between 30-300 per day. The requirment is to solve a minimum of 200 cases per week. Since this is a freelance styled work, I choose my own hours, how many hours, when I work and since this is done via my own laptop I work from anywhere in the world.

A food business I started with an ex-colleague from CGI. We had three employees working for us. We also had a lawyer firm, a payroll firm and accountants working for us.In short the business made and sold Scandinavian dishes mixed with dishes from around the world, hence the word "Fusion Cuisine". As an owner of the business I did everything from meetings with employees, lawyers, payroll and accountants. Trained our employees, had control over tardiness, productivity, supplies, contact with suppliers and so on. Also did a lot of advertising, mostly through Facebook, but also via Instagram and onsite at the business.Due to my partner and I not agreeing on certain areas of the business we decided to go our separate ways and close it down.

Worked as technical support at CGI for a Norwegian project called “Reitan”. Basically I helped stores located in Norway such as 7-eleven, shell 7-eleven and Narvesen with their software and hardware related problems they have with their equipment in their stores, over phone and e-mail, such as the cash-register, fuel pumps, back-office computer. Also troubleshoot more advanced problems such as if the computer don’t transfer sales numbers etc.The projected ended after December 2017

Worked as technical support at SITEL for the Norwegian Lexmark Account. Helped customers over the phone and through e-mail (both private and business users) and technicians with troubleshooting software and hardware related problems for their Lexmark printers.

Worked as a cashier at a Norwegian chain store called Narvesen. Tasks I performed was cleaning the store, standing at the cash register, stack goods in the shelves, helping customer with questions and/or problems, did the cash settlement at the end of the day etc.
