Extensive hands-on experience working on Heavy-Duty Equipment in mining, construction, and farming industries.2015-2017, with Lon-Agro, I had the chance to manage workshop operations. I worked closely with the branch manager streamlining workshop and customer sites operations integrating them with parts stocking and sales activities to reach the companies service and sales goals. Supervising the service department brought me the opportunity to spearhead the coordination of equipment PDI, setup and hand-over; job quoting, scheduling, and allocation as well as attending to more complex equipment issues. I helped our clients with equipment optimization. Ultimately boosted customer base due to the reliable channel of parts supply and well-defined service procedures and consequently more equipment purchases.Being a Lead Technician now brought about both in-shop and customer site work activities. I do fault diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and services on farming machinery as well as mentoring and coaching as required. I can efficiently use computer diagnosis and parts picking programs. Able to write detailed reports on jobs executed for warrant and billing purposes. I'm a goal-oriented individual with the passion to see projects from inception to successful completion looking to grow career into lower supervision/managerial levels.
