Using my experience leading Chess.com's community efforts for the past 3 years, I'm taking on the challenge of Partnerships Manager. While I will still retain some responsibilities with the community team, they will be more focused around partnership activations. My main focus will therefore be:- Connecting non-endemic creators and partners with our community through various activations, like custom club pages and community tournaments.- Finding new, and awesome ways to help our endemic chess creators to grow. This means growing their community and cultural impact, but also helping them make a career out of creating chess content. - Sourcing leads and opportunities for new, organic collaborations with external partners with a love and passion for chess.

I oversee most of our operations interacting with our awesome Chess.com community. I'm leading a team with a wide range of community related responsibilities:- Making Chess.com the safest place to play, chat and in general engage in different chess related activities. Together with a huge crew of volunteer moderators, we oversee our on-site forums and live chats both on-site and on Twitch and YouTube during our massive events.- Engage our members in a variety of activities like fantasy contests or sponsor activations during our online events. We're also running a Discord server with over 50 000 members.- Content creation like our monthly Chess.com Update, or our monthly awards for Streamer of the Month and Coach of the Month.- We're also contributing to our ever-growing Streamers Program where over 200 content creators connect and grow their streaming businesses.Chess.com is the #1 chess site in the world with more than 100 million members!

I'm the Communications Manager working with marketing, social media, public and media relations.Bakke Festival is a brand new music and environmental festival in Trondheim. Our goal is to create an annual culture festival that will contribute to raised knowledge about sustainability and environmental protection through positive experiences. The festival offers local and sustainable food and beverages from various local companies, and our vision is to strengthen the national focus on local artists so that the region can become the main source of the international export of Norwegian music.

I was in charge of all activity in Pstereo's digital channels. I coordinated the content plan and was in charge of our social media ads as well as e-mail campaigns and IRL-campaigns. During the festival I coordinated the coverage on all our channels.

From June 14th until July 15th we showed all the matches from the "FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia". Everybody were welcome to join the biggest football festival ever in Trondheim. We had 70 000 visitors, experiencing all the games with us⚽I was in charge of the marketing, coordinating activities, responsible for local sponsors, table reservations and whatever had to be done throughout the month. It was beautiful!● Free entrance ● 4000 seatings. ● Trondheims biggest outdoor serving● No age limit. There will be activities and a bouncy castle for the little ones. ● 60 square meters screen.

I represented the Kristiania University College on different events and generally available for relevant work in connection to the school.

I represented Norway School of Creativity in the process of finding a new name and a new visual identity for the school. We worked towards our goal together with Snøhetta Brand Design. My part in this was to represent the students on our school in the workshop and then communicate that work to them. The result was Kristiania University College.

I worked for Lego on the Kids Expo on Norway Trade Fairs in Lillestrøm. Our teams job was to be Lego's public face on this trade fair. We helped and played with the kids visiting, while we sold the brand to their parents. We had responsibility for 1000 m2 stand.

I worked for a big Norwegian grocery store. My responsibilities were to sit at checkout and grocery.
