Training is teaching and teaching is to inspire & instill knowledge upon another...with the hopes that the new knowledge will lead them towards a path of success. I am a born teacher. Growing up, I assumed that meant one thing, to become a teacher within the school system or at a University. My father encouraged me to strive for more, knowing the struggles a teacher generally has financially. For ten years now, I have been training educators, Classroom Integration Consultants and administrators on the integration of technology, the power of effective tools and the joy of teaching. I read a post by Jim Kolettis in 2010 that embraces my mantra, let me share a little:"It's a simple formula: excellence = quality." The art of connection, the art of being human, the art of making a difference. Artists do things that have never been done before. They dig deep to create passion. They connect by changing things for the better. To be excellent means you must be an artist"For all of us who have been touched by a teacher, you know that they are clearly an artist. The power of teaching, instilling knowledge to better someone, is the most effective way to see success within a program.With Hatch, I had the joy, the passion, and the tools to be an artist.~10 Years presenting on Early Childhood Technology @ NAEYC, NHSA, FETC and many state conferences.~12 Years creating & training Hatch co-workers on Early Childhood Education and benefits of age-appropriate technology.~6 years collaborating with Product Development team to create 3 nation-wide software applications for the Early Childhood Market.~Authored 2 digital media books for Hatch Early Childhood.~4 years organizing online training program for customer base including a course library creation of over 20 courses and a help video library.~8 seasons as the Webinar moderator for Hatch Expert Series.~Voice-Over for Hatch Marketing promos as well as online LMS courses.
