I work remotely from home reviewing final signed mortgage documents to verify all dates, signatures and dollar amounts were correct. Made sure all correct documents required for each loan was in the final package prior to the sale of the mortgage. Communicated with Title companies, closers, and loan officers in regard to real estate mortgage refinance and purchase documents. As the majority of these review took place while the home borrowers were at the signing table, being swift and efficient was a must. I worked along with a team of colleagues daily to quickly resolve any issues that arose. This position required organization, time management, working with Excel, Encompass and weekly Zoom meetings.

Service Advisor responsibilities included multiple facets of Customer Service as in greeting customers, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, assessing customer needs and advising them on recommended maintenance for their vehicles. Daily managing and overseeing of the work being completed on customer vehicles, communication with warranty companies and insurance companies securing parts and coverage for repairs. Duties also included constant contact with customers daily keeping them apprised of all work being done and timeline to complete the work, finalizing all paperwork and documents, explaining all to the customers and verifying their complete satisfaction once all work has been completed. I strived to keep a high customer satisfaction rating through verbal feedback and customer surveys.
