The details of each are outlined below:24 Customer Service Representative: November 16, 2015 - July 22, 2016.This is a contact center for FirstBank where employees can help customers over the phone with any questions or problems regarding their bank accounts. I would verify customers properly, and then I could provide balances, make transfers, give specific account information, perform maintenance on customer records, help customers with credit card problems, and close accounts. I had other tasks to perform as seen fit by my supervisors.Online Banking Representative: July 25, 2016 - August 1, 2018This position has a few differences from 24 Customer Service. I had the ability to perform all of the same tasks, except I focused more on tasks surrounding our online banking website and mobile app, and I helped with any questions the customers may have had about the service. I activated online accounts, did password resets and security question overrides, updated account information and performed maintenance on both customer records and online banking profiles. I also trained new hires within the department on the skills required to perform this job well. I performed certain daily duties as seen fit by my supervisors to keep the department running smoothly, and these duties often varied month-to-month.Online Banking Sr. Representative: August 1, 2018 – June 25, 2019In this position, I still performed all of the functions as an Online Banking Representative, however I had a few more duties to perform to keep the department running. I assisted with answering questions from other representatives in the department, and I was given access to more programs which I used to assist my customers and my fellow employees more directly.
