I make the first impression on the guest. I am the first employee to interact with arriving guests as they enter the restaurant. It is my job to greet arriving guests, welcome them into the establishment and seat them.

• Lead employees by delivering the highest level of guest service as outlined in surveys and reviews• Managed restaurants up to $5 million in annual sales• Managed Guest Experience Department; included daily assessments of customers surveys, comments and complaints, and mystery shoppers, regular performance feedback, incentives, and rewards• Delegate cleanliness tasks to service employees and follow up weekly to inspect.• Proficient in brand and marketing in restaurant; training for new products, price POP’s, organize and oversee placement of POP’s• Oversee the Training Department; included setting up monthly training calendar, training labor budget, tracking of employee development, set monthly training targets• Supervise 8-11 crew members unaccompanied; position crew members, manage breaks, delegate tasks• Build team spirit using incentives, rewards, and recognition• Control sales and labor costs throughout shift using POS management• Address any deviation from safety standards or procedures using verbal and written communication• Experience in POS management and recording end of day numbers• Experience in Inventory management through scheduled deliveries and counting system• Handle guest complaints in a prompt, professional manor
