Current•Responsible for collecting test data on new software and hardware and generatingreports•Examined software performance issues for the government to determine anomaliesin the data and other problems in collaboration with otherengineers, and teammates.•Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software and hardware related to RF andCalibration•Support system-level enhancements to hardware-in-the-loop and dynamicallyprogrammable software defined radio monitoring and feedback testsystems•Aide in scenario planning and testing to support the MGUE and GPNTS Test Programs.•Maintain and troubleshoot in lab closed network•Oversee and maintain MGUE receiver readiness•Oversee and Maintain GPNTS Readiness•Participated in quality meetings to determine improvement to quality performance.•Evaluated maintenance change and engineering proposals to determine possiblequality assurance impacts.I have provided PNT, GPNTS, and MGUE subject matter expertise related to development (auto rack station) and Verification. Supported by creatingtest reports for IV&V. Took control of all system level integration efforts and testing support. Managed upgrades for Receivers, Brandywine MGU's,and GPNTS software.Managed troubleshooting efforts on the daily basis for Receivers, Brandywine MGU's, and GPNTS softwareProvided troubleshooting efforts and support to MGUE station and GPNTS integration. Participated with Government team reviews to providereviews, evaluations, comments and recommendations to Raytheon. Recommended course of actions for ICD's, TRD's, and CDRLS to ensure allcompliance standards and integration requirements between GPS receivers (SAASM and MGUE), other shipboard sensors, and GPNTS are met.Iwould prepare negotiation strategies for procurement actions to include agency position on terms and conditions other than price to costreasonableness and cost realism by analyzing cost and technical data from the offer or and other sources.
