My objective is to provide superior customer service while assisting individuals with their unique needs. I received recognition for accomplishing highest sales (9million+) in the department for 2019 followed by exceeding 900k in the first week of 2020. I have worked for Hoselton Toytota since February, 2020. I have had many customers provide positive feedback regarding their experience including emails sent directly to management to compliment my professionalism, time management skills, friendliness and communication skills. My goal is to be hired by a local law enforcement agency where I can combine the skills I have established in my experience, my willingness and eagerness to learn, and my call for being someone that goes beyond what is expected in all aspects and situations and applying this to make a difference in the community. Accountability is something that I take very seriously and I hold myself to extremely high standards. The mental health concerns that the community is currently facing is a priority that I take a personal interest in improving. I believe my studies in psychology will greatly benefit my ability to communicate with and assist individuals struggling with mental health related concerns. Developing a better understanding of empathy and establishing a better sense of self is an extremely important factor in communication. Diversity is something that is publicly recognized as a priority in all professions, particularly the policing profession. I believe that diversity goes much farther than race, religion, age and gender; to achieve diversity it is crucial to understand that every individual has different experiences, different minds and different personalities. Experiences increase knowledge and mistakes build character only when the individual recognizes and accepts the responsibility to learn, grow, strive, achieve and repeat.
