A Pacific Northwest native skilled in adaptability under the most turbulent of conditions. I am a born leader with a result-oriented mindset whom strives to establish strong professional relationships by demonstrating respect and dependability.What others may have referred to as "Type A" characteristics, I would describe as my penchant for proficiency and an appetency to exceed expectations. I am experienced in critical thinking and forging new pathways for improvement via distinctive interpersonal competency. I am an administrative assistant for a family-owned medical practice in rural southwest Washington. In my position I have been able to comprehensively identify and implement strategies for day-to-day improvement in productivity. For example, I coordinated and managed a medical records purge project in order to alleviate clutter and allow for better organization of medical charts. By utilizing my general understanding of networking and ability to learn as I go, I was able to save the clinic time and labor lost in searching through disorganized or unkempt charts.Independence and efficiency are competencies that generally either facilitate prosperity or mutually exclude the potential for success. Accordingly, I have learned to balance self-discipline with self-sufficiency in pursuance of allowing ambition to guide my steps toward the future.
