Shelter Cymru is Wales’s people and homes charity. We believe that a decent secure home is a fundamental right and essential to the health and well-being of people and communities.We provide independent specialist advice, advocacy and legal representation for anyone with housing problems. Last year, our advisers provided face-to-face help for nearly 16,000 people from all over Wales, helping to prevent homelessness in 86 per cent of cases where it was threatened. Meanwhile, more than 100,000 people visited our Advice Online pages for help.Through our campaigning, research and policy work we influence the legislative agenda relating to housing and homelessness in Wales, while our education service aims to prevent homelessness by working with young people and providing detailed teaching and learning resources.

TREAT Trust Wales supports the treatment and rehabilitation of people with severe injuries and disabilities. Working in partnership with Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board, TREAT is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing a world class centre of excellence for rehabilitation and therapy in Wales.

Our Vision:To live in a world where Encephalitis is as rare as it possibly can be given its eradication is unlikely, and that those affected and their families, have access to early diagnosis, excellent management of their condition, timely access to rehabilitation and other forms of social support.

TSW Training collaborates with a range of organisations to provide practical engagement, skill-development and qualification support to individuals who find themselves disadvantaged, socially excluded, economically inactive or at risk of disengaging from education or society for a broad range of reasons.Our award-winning social inclusion department works in partnership with a wide range of organisations that support socially excluded individuals, supporting them in identifying training requirements for their beneficiaries and creating programmes, projects and initiatives that lead to the development of personal and transferable employability skills, the achievement of relevant qualifications and ultimately, improved opportunities to access employment.

Responsible for all areas of business development and charitable fundraising income, leading to sustainability and growth. These responsibilities include:> Coordinating, preparing and submitting high quality funding bids and tender submissions leading to increased service coverage and charity/organisation growth;> Managing and overseeing charity fundraising strategies to improve brand awareness and secure sustainable funding streams;> Engaging with the corporate sector, developing and building mutual relationships to benefit charitable activity;> Improving fundraising engagement throughout the organisation.

Responsible for the management and implementation of the Welsh Government-funded work-based learning contract, ensuring all key performance indicators were exceeded on an ongoing basis.

Knowledge Transfer Partnership to implement systems of control and compliance required to manage and measure the performance of the Welsh Government-funded work based learning contract against Key Performance Indicators.
