Hello,I grew up with a passion for food passed down from my grandfather who had owned his own restaurant with my father working for him at a young age...Through this passion, I attended post-secondary at the Food and Wine Institute of Canada at Niagara College. I graduated through that program and applied my skills to Momofuku Toronto for 4.5 years until June 2022. Through my years at Momofuku I learned to manage staff, how to troubleshoot issues in a progressive manner to build team morale, and earned the trust of my peers and bosses in the process. I used this stepping stone to effectively manage personalities while contributing in a creative manner to menus.
