We offer clinicians with profound, first-hand knowledge about the LGBTQ+ community who offer unique therapeutic modalities (including expressive therapies) alongside cutting-edge, evidence-based techniques.The COO oversees the administrative roles of the company, managing communications channels, service-supply chain steps, and the overall taxonomy of the company. Built the brand-new Family Formation program from scratch, researching barriers to family-building for the LGBTQ+ community and creating evidence-based programs to increase family-building access for the full breadth of the LGBTQ+ community.Oversaw the vision, creation, and management of the Open Door Professional Training Program, an online training ecosystem for family-building professionals that continues to deliver digital curriculum to increase providers' capacity to understand, support, and welcome LGBTQ+ prospective parents. Over 1,800 learners have completed at least one module on the platform, from fertility powerhouses such as CCRM and IVI-RMA to hundreds of independent birthworkers (doulas, midwives, and more) accross the US. Managed over a dozen in-person educational events each year in partnership with fertility giants such as California Cryobank, KindBody, and ACRM, creating agendas, recruiting panelists, facilitating events, and overseeing digital marketing and outreach strategies. Researched and wrote cutting-edge family-building resources currently hosted on www.familyequality.org, including Trans Paths2Parenthood, Non-Binary Pregnancy, Trans Women and Fertility, and Supporting Bi+ Parents.

Oversaw the entirety of YNPN's fundraising strategy, including grants management and reporting, grassroots and major donor programs, and corporate sponsorships. Created and executed YNPN's communications plan, building content and increasing both engagement and audience across YNPN’s social media platforms, email newsletters, website management, and all associated collateral. At Six Flags California, I created and led all HR staff trainings. This included first-day orientation for new-hires at a rate of up to 500 per week. I also conducted management training for newly-promoted staff members and facilitated anti-harassment sessions for employees who had complaints filed against them. In this position, I collaborated with Six Flags' digital and video design team to create training videos for use in various departments. We wrote, shot, edited and recorded voiceovers as a team, producing professional videos on a variety of topics. As a member of the HR team, I was also responsible for staffing the hiring hotline, performing interviews, and overseeing placement of interviewees into positions that suited their interests and skills. I was also able to learn about the process of letting an employee go, and was present for several of these meetings as well.
