Current• Identify and attract qualified candidates for technical positions within our company’s client organizations. This involves utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct recruiting. • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate technical assessments or coding tests.• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide candidates with necessary information, interview preparation guidance, and timely communication throughout the process. • Establish and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. This involves regular communication, providing updates on the status of job openings, and addressing any concerns or questions.• Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate job offers, including compensation, benefits, and other employment terms. Facilitate onboarding process and ensure seamless transition for the newly hired candidates. • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and market conditions. Research industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyze market data to gain insights that inform recruiting strategies and help attract top technical talent. • Work closely with other members of the recruitment team, hiring managers, and HR professionals. • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
