Working with NGOs and movements on: campaign strategies , communication strategies, organisational development and internal communication, fundraising (online, institutional), online communication and online mobilisation, working with activists and volunteersPartners and clients:Datapraxis, Parents for the Future Poland, Institute for Democratic Thinking (Instytut Myśli Demokratycznej) of Robert Biedroń, The European Climate Foundation, Pracownia na rzecz Wszystkich Istot, Obywatele RP, Fundacja Szkoła Liderów, 350.org.

As a member of the collective body I am responsible for making sure that the organisation works in line with its statues and the long-term strategy.

Within less than 2 years I had a crucial role in building an organisation of 8 staff, 250 k strong mailing list (incl. 50k climate list) and 400k EUR yearly budget - half of it in small donations. Akcja is now recognised as a new strong force among NGOs and social movements working on women rights, rule of law, international trade deals and climate.

I was responsible for developing and launching the grant-making program of the organisation in the in the countries of former Yugoslavia. This included:- Managing a grant-making program – up to 500 k euros a year- Advising the grantees on strategies- Coordination with international organisations and networks

Responsibilities:- coordination of the energy and climate work of the network- advocacy towards European Parliament, European Commission, international public banks- campaign planning and execution,- research on energy and climate issues.
