Mainly deliver interchange in time.The project Consist of 1.3 kilometer bridge and some culverts crossing the Main road.A lot of underground mapping and relocation works.Also compromise with site condition propose with revise vertical alignment some part of project location.Coordinate with contractor and consultant to expediate the project delivery in time.

Beside Panborneo Highway project .Every Sunday were tutoring at OUM .Selected for two subjects on Manufacturing Process ,Manufacturing system and Project Management.My intention is to refresh my knowledge as tutor also to share the experience and knowledge so that can upgrade my teaching skills.Registed to BEM for technical acknowledgment and MOF for teaching ability .

On May 2017 was relocated to WPC 10 the project located at closer to bintulu town by pass.Here my role is to deliver interchange project in time.This project consists of 1.3km bridge and slip roads.My Position remain same As Deputy Construction Manager for this project.Here dealing with massive super structure on monitoring and controlling the concrete casting of girder beams,prestressing ,grouting,cube crushing ,MLT (G-cell),Sonic logging,PIT,PDA and also Earthwork with necessary test for altterberg requirement soil suitability ,Proctor,FDT,PBT ,CBR for control the earthwork execute the work smoothly and compliance with standard ,specification ,material testing and risk registering for any farsighted cases . My main role here is to Assist the construction manager in resolution of technical,construction,quality and safety,environmental and also contractual issues. Which can impact the smooth execution of work.My core work here timely completion work without additional cost ,checking construction drawings for any design discrepancies and may effect time and cost and scope.Beside this checking quality of work to ensuring the standards are follow and compliance the specifications. To ensure the safety regulation followed by workers at work area and the resources used. Manage Environmental to ensure control measures taken to monitor the noise,air and water to legal standards.

Project involved Sewerage treatment plant.Total Capacity 6000P.E First 3000 P.E was the existing plant to upgrade and the second 3000P.E is to construct new plant .This is design and build contract .

Selected on june 2016 and commence work on August 2016 with MSZ.First of all. My Humble thanks to the MSZ sdn Bhd for given an opportunity to serve the company.MSZ Selected me for Pan Borneo Highway project which long pending to commence by Sarawak government And thanks for sarawakians .At first were attache at kuching HQ for compilation project inventories and taking off the quantities for project and comparison of revise cost against project cost .And also to understand the job scope,time and cost prior to compilation .And around oct-2016 relocated to WPC 04 at Sri Aman site. WPC O4 consists around 89.5 Km length highway with four lane . This project package 04 divided into two section one of section is 50km distance from pantu junction to sri aman call bagunan section and other is sriman section.My main role here is to Assist the construction manager on technical,construction,quality and safety,environmental and also contractual issues. My second project in muda jaya is at Phase 2 tg bin power plant 2x700kw.The project been completed almost half .My role here is to manage some of the balance of plant .In charge of electrical building ,pipe racks, Fuel oil building,Cooling tower and etc.Mostly the project has been completed in time.

Project power plant phase 2 Mudajaya jv ALSTOM at manjung ,perakMain job function is to manage the progress with available resources.In charge engineering survey crews overall the project . Survey works mainly on land survey and hydro graphic surveying.Monitor and implements for infra structure works for power plant for road works and drainage.Main challenging works is to coordinate on the detail works to monitor and adjust the turbine slab to very minimum error prior to concrete pouring and after and Set out the survey station within the acceptable tolerance. Monitor the soil Laboratories testing for earthworks and reclamation and computation of the quantities based on the number of suppler.

Project Building east west auto road along coastal African continental. Moriso is Japanese company subcontractor for kajima consortium .Here my role is to monitor surveyors and progress of 27km road and 2 tunnel.My challenge work is using modern equipment to implements the works.Mainly use GPS FOR SURVEYING ,mm GPS for premix laying ,And rest of the heavy equipment were operating using Automation method to cut and fill where the operator need not to skill and due to shortage of manpower. Here learn and gathered alot of knowledge of using latest technology.

This is Highway widening project from Tg malim to slim river.Main role here is to monitor the resources and the progress to mark for project delivery.My main challenge of work here is to construct the the road at narrow space with minimum ROW. Planning on all the resources ahead to give clear picture to the staffs and monitor budget conses while concerning cost ,quality ,safety and scope for project delivery.

Transferred to PTP Project extention of wharf chamber project at johor.My main role is to draft weekly schedule monitor the work progress accordingly .Alot of technical problem attended .Mainly on the precast segments of embedded items for the fender and others related item. The concrete casting works to flow the water tide and planning according to tide. Marine pile ordering and piling batch using gps for penetration and surveyors rechecking by intersection using two total station to prevent error prior to penetration works.Sheet pile along the saw line to stabilize the river bank.etc. Sheet piling for the

Coal power plant at Tg bin johor PHASE 1.My role here to plan ,control and monitor the BALANCE OF PLANTS .Mainly Oil bundwall,electrical building ,chimney and heavy equipment garage house, fuel oil tank and electroclorination buildings.

Project To built palace (istana melawati).Mainly monitoring surveyors from project commencement for survey to traversing and establish control points surrounding the project site . To ensure close survey with first class status .To plan and coordinate with site engineers to carryout survey works timely and progressively to avoid the contractor idling .Beside this help the engineers to propose any drawing discrepancies and also provide revise drawing a proposal to consultant for approval to implements at site.

Project Federal highway 2.My role here to do road alignment setting out and pegging the site according the the site progress with in the survey required error.Mainly setting for bridges ,culverts ,subways and foot bridges.To be more precise on the piling setting out and boundary survey. After this many other companies were served due to project basis and involve in many different type of project in the construction industry like high rise building ,housing projects, reclamation project , MRT stations,airports,highway projects ,wharf chamber and cross country pipe laying and etc.
