Continuous Production Surveillance Operation on Sumandak Oil Field: Work as asset oriented subsurface engineer• Designed, simulated, completed & utilizing a horizontal well with 2 permanent downhole gauges, fiber optic & 2 flow-control valves without issues.• Designed, simulated & executed acidizing job in Jun-2010; water injection was increased 12 times after the job. Production was then increased 2.5 times due to higher void-replacement-ratio achievement• Building production enhancement database using Sahara, WellView & OFM software• Use permanent downhole gauge with its distributed temperature survey (DTS) system to perform production surveillance operation such as well unloading, well bean up, well performance determination, gas-lift valve change, gas lift optimization & production operation• Planned, leaded & analyzed 2 workover-programs• Operation (on-site) supervisor for Kinabalu HP/HT (KN-Y appraisal well) well test• Leaded, planned & analyzed water injection system & water injectors performance using injectivity fall-off tests. Performing daily surveillance & analysis on the water flooding asset• Formulate & analyzed SRB results in different pigging program to increase water injection system uptime• Justify & analyze the trunkline & flowline corrosion mapping results using intelligent pig & ultrasonic method• Also successfully involved in well completion operation for Sumandak platform-A. Troubleshoot GOR issue & accuracy calibration of multiphase flow meter• Successfully installed 12 permanent downhole gauges with DTS (below packer) & 2 inflow control valves. The system is working without any issue. To-date,Sumandak is the only field in PETRONAS that recorded 100% PDG installation case history- Completed well interferences test using different flowing / shut in condition to analyze the whole Sumandak Main field structure & reservoir connectivity / interference through Permanent Downhole Gauge system & Saphir software.
