To ensure efficient and cost effective in engineering operation, by performing the following scope of work:1. Strategic plans, organize and control the maintenance and equipment and significantly improve the mills for long term smooth operations performance.2. Responsible for the deliverance of mill’s KPI (OER, KER, oil losses etc.) and coordinate the delivering all mill products.3. Manage expenditure and achieve budgeted production level at minimum product losses4. Maintain high levels of the plant availability through planned maintenance program, constant review and data collection and analysis.5.Ensure effective initialization and implementation of projects by effective communication, participation and control.6. Plan the yearly budgets together with the mills managers and to obtain approvals 7. Liaise with mills managers on their daily work problems and propose solution8. Prepare monthly Management Report to Top Management

Manages all aspects of the palm oil mill1. Supervise and monitor team of engineers, workers, and office staff, ensuring timely delivery of all projects, maintenance, and daily work 2. Ensures efficiency of milling operation and accuracy of information3. Ensure daily production target are met, and continuously monitor production yields4. Supervise a team of workers, arrange their shifts and train them to work safely5. Plans budget, business strategy, and preventive maintenance schedule for mill6. Maintains active communication with senior management, and continuously feedback on mill performance.

1. To assist Mill Manager in day-to-day palm oil mill operation.2. To learn on all aspect of mill operation through structured training program.3. To be responsible for safe and efficient mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance function for Palm Oil Mill and its infrastructures.4. To ensure optimal performance of mill operations
