• Coordinator of Risk Based Inspection(RBI) implementation for the power plant (2420MW) CF extension of DOSH registered fired pressure vessels (boiler) and unfired pressure vessels from 15 months to 36 months and improves plant reliability and safety whilst reducing unplanned outages and repair costs.• Plant life assessment (condition) of boiler component and remnant life study of boiler tubes.• Plant inspection for CF renewal of boilers and unfired pressure vessels• NDT Operator ; UT Thickness, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Borescopic, Laboratory and In-situ Hardness Test, Positive Material Identification• Failure investigation and analysis of plant components e.g. boiler tube leak by determining the failure mechanism and failure root cause as based on laboratory metallurgical analysis including chemical analysis (if necessary).• Supervise and monitor the engaged NDE Service Company on NDE assessment work either for failure investigation or plant condition assessment e.g. visual inspection, thickness test, dye penetrant, in-situ metallography by replication technique, magnetic particle inspection and Hardness test.

• Responsible for KEV inventory Management (plan & monitor materials demand & consumption – critical spares analysis, strategic spares etc)• Purchase Request (Create, Monitor & report)• Do Stock management – cataloging of spares, data cleansing & stock take• Do negotiations for procurement of spare parts• Do Tender evaluation & memo for MTC and BTC paper• 5S internal auditor for Business Support Services department• Keep, adhere and review ISO 9000 and ISO 14000

• Industrial Equipment Supplier – Pumps, Compressor, Tools,• Participate in tenders; buy tender, outsourcing, evaluate quotation (technical & commercial), submit tender, issue PO, buy supplies, deliver supplies to customer.

• Testing and Commissioning of the Water Treatment Plant• Maintaining the quality of water by monitoring the amount of substance in the water like aluminum, manganese, iron, and color of the water with some lab tests• Determine the amount of chemicals needs to be injected to the water such as aluminum sulfide, chlorine, lime, and polymer so the water only contains the desired amount of substance and chemical.
