Preedha, has been in the education industry for 13 years and has also 8 years of experience in the corporate industry in the areas of managing software projects, consultancy, market research, business development and training. These diverse area of expertise has given her the opportunity to engage with various types of stakeholders.Preedha, enjoys mentoring and therefore she has been involved with Sunway iLabs Make-it Challenge and also MDEC's Business Plan Challenge in the past. In 2019, Preedha was selected to speak at Google, Kulala Lumpur about AR in STEM Education, organized by Women TechMakers in conjunction with International Women's Day. She is excited about collaboration opportunities in the areas of technology, leadership and education. She loves empowering others by sharing her knowledge, skills and expertise.Preedha, is the recipient of Sunway College's Award for Excellence in Teaching for the year 2021 which is the highest recognition given to an outstanding educator of the institution which entails a stipend for professional development overseas. She also received the Student Appreciation of Teaching Award for the year 2018 and 2021.Her role as an educator focuses not only in teaching but also managing projects related to technology integration with Learning Management Systems, preparing users for technology implementations, providing EdTech support to the programme, curriculum development, marketing and other college level activities. Preedha, is currently pursuing her interest in research. She also has 7 years of experience in training Yayasan Peneraju scholars with soft skills to prepare them for the industry upon graduation.
