• Reporting to Memory Product Solutions (MPS STM) PE Organization. • Leading a team of R&D Product Engineers, driving latest 3D (BiCS) technology NAND Flash Memory Product Development for Apple, Enterprise SSD & Components Business Segments.• Interface with PLCT/PDT, POM, Device, Memory Health & Reliability, and other geographical PETE teams on highly complex problem-solving and meeting overall Product Cost (Yield & TT) & Quality (DPPM) Attainments till LVM/HVM. • Responsible for keeping track of critical project milestones, provide status & recommendations to PLCT/PDT & Top Management. • Drive E2E Product Development, which includes, defining new cost-effective test flow strategies; provide NAND level Stress/Screen proposals (for both wafer (DS/WLBI/KGD/DLCP), Package level (MT) testing) & Embedded System testing (for Apple), E2E flow refinement using Data Analytics/Machine Learning; Test Program Dev & Validation, NPI/AI build coordination with Local (SDSM) NPM & MFG PE teams, and provide FA support on Low Yield & Qual Failures.

Project Manager Role• Manage and lead new product development activities of Linear Power – Power Management Business Group, mainly focusing in TI owned Assembly/Test sites (TIM, TI Clark, Philippines) and also in Subcons in Thailand, China, Taiwan and others in Asia regions. • Lead a group of test& product engineers; directly reports to Spin team Manager in Dallas, Texas, US, besides having dotted-line reporting structure to all Product Line Managers in Linear Power group in US and India. • Work with various functional teams (system, marketing, planning, product, test, design) in defining project scope and derive complete project planning, which includes project requirements, project strategies, execution plan, project schedules/milestones, project cost/budget analysis, resource loading plan, and project priorities from design up to production release/ramp • Responsible for timely and consistent execution of project plan to meet TI standard/quality, on time delivery, within proposed budget, in accordance with the project plan requirements• Support development and implementation of strategies to achieve profitability targets through new products development, cost reduction, capacity expansion and yield improvement projects• Establish relationships with key contacts in A/T and Fab sites to ensure strong communication and effective problem solving during product transfer and releaseTest & Product Engineering Role• Derive test topology and test plan• Engage with design engineers to define and improve test methodologies• Define and develop test HW and SW for new product in a cost effective manner both for wafer probing and final tests• Develop, integrate and optimize test programs for validation, characterization and production release• Perform electrical characterization and derive the PDS curves for product datasheet
