Managed business activities of infrastructure segments. Improved shared of wallets of cement and concrete sales in railway and road projects.• Collaborated with China Key-account Managers in securing 2 years of cement supply contract with China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) for ECRL railway project valued at GBP36.2 million (RM200 million).• Founded and led “Project Edar”, a collaboration of various business sub-entities to boost the concrete sales in Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 (MRT2) project, achieved a sales increase of 400% valued at GBP15million (RM83million).• Partnered with industrial and government agencies and raised a grant amount to GBP723 thousand (RM4 million) for researched and industrialised two new road construction methods transferred from France R&D.• Collaborated in three Holcim Group regional APAC to identify potential infrastructure development with teams’ experts from South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Chile, France, and Romania.

Administered engineering consultancy contracts. Reconciliation of planned budget and actual cost. Consulted engineering consultants and contractors on claims, variation and, project risks.• Managed and contract administration 200+ consultancy contracts with budgeted project valued at GBP488million (RM2.7billion) under Reimbursable "R".• Administered, and certified monthly payment certificates amounting to GBP5.4 million (RM30 million) to consultants.• Led a team of two quantity surveyors to facilitate a total of 6 audits annually, 3 internal audits, Independent Checking Engineer (ICE), Ministry of Finance, and Deloitte.• Facilitated Project Correspondence Management on a weekly basis to consolidate and respond to Work Package Contractor (WPC) correspondences to mitigate risks of arbitration.• Analysed with ARM risk management system and monitor correspondences with the Ministry of Finance on 32 identified potential trends that are outside the controls of the project team.

Digitized geospatial information and transformed it into CAD and GIS.• Digitized geospatial data, engineering measurement data into Computer Aid Design (CAD), and Geographical Information System (GIS).• Modeled High-Definition Survey (HDS) point cloud, and integrated it into mapping documents.• Developed MS Excel system to documented and managed 2,000+ spatial CAD, HDS, 3D mapping data.• Advised on CAD interference "point cloud" to Program Developer to develop new computer application for HDS.

Led and monitored structural dynamic movement in relation to the environment and construction activities.• Led a team of one assistant surveyor in setting-out verticality and control grid for 40 storeys twin buildings.• Monitored and analysed structural movement of listed buildings and historical dock in relation to construction activities.• Computed six months of collected data, correlated axial shortening, creep, elastic shrinkage and thermal expansion of concrete to improve precision surveying.
