The company is providing services in the Telecom, IT, Power services for different vendors for the big operators in Egypt like Telecom Egypt, Orange, Vodafone, Etisalat Misr.My main responsibilities are:• Developed and managed the operations and activities of MTC in different geographical regions, thus contributing to the achievement of MTC Corporate Strategy and Annual plan. • Identified new sources of work, potential funding and income generation opportunities and supporting the development of proposals, bids and new work, with a view to bringing added value and transition / progression opportunities to existing operations. • Managed the successful delivery of services, negotiating and managing performance targets to section heads, where appropriate, to maximize operations performance. • Ensured an appropriate response to key projects, developments and any performance issues, and, where necessary, implement improvement plans and specific actions to respond to changing needs. • Ensured that MTC policies, procedures, systems and data requirements for performance management, claims and reconciliation are implemented, ensuring that the organization s and the founder s requirements are met and that good practice is followed at all times. • Financial performance and resource management • Managed budgets/forecasts to ensure that income is maximized within the planned expenditure levels and that financial targets are met. • Managed the human resource capacity within the company to ensure that contracts can be delivered and that financial expenditure is balanced against actual levels of income, to achieve overall planned budgets. • Managed and maintain the physical resources (premises, equipment) within MTC to an acceptable level, to satisfy current and future demands of the organization, advising the Facilities Manager on premises matters and implementing subsequent actions as required.

Managed the consulting services to develop and modernize the 5 years strategic plan, Business process engineering, IT KPIs , HR and Training for the Eastern province Municipality at Saudi Arabia

- Managed several engagements in Saudi Arabia with more than 20+ technical team members and a budget over 2 million USD in different sectors like government, insurance, and Telco using different technologies like SharePoint 2010, Oracle OBIEE, Oracle BI Apps, Oracle ECM, Oracle identity management,and oracle database vault.- Responsible for the project P&L.- Responsible for monitoring risks throughout the project according to the Project Risk Management and Quality Plan. - Ensured the team max utilization across different projects under my responsibility.

• Built and managed the sevice desk department for qatar Islamic Bank with a team of eight helpdesk agents and 2 ITIL consultants to implement all the required processes, SLAs and OLAs based on ITIL best practices and run the service desk using CA unicenter as an Incident managment tool.• Managed the office moves project for Nokia Seimens networks to move all employees to their new offices in UAE, Qatar, kuwait, bahrain and Oman and this include preparing all the requirements (Hardware, IP telephony, network, real estate) necessary for performing that move smoothly.• Managed back office migration for Nokia Siemens to migrate more than 400 users’ client machines in UAE, Qatar, kuwait, bahrain and Oman from old system to the new standardized software according to the client policies.• Managed a project to gather information about Logica operations in Saudi Arabia to submit it to the contractors classification agency in order for Logica to become a classifed contractor.• Managed serveral Bids for Logica Saudi and egypt offices.

- Managed a project to develop a new Incident management tool for UTC fire and security at USA,that will be used by the application support team and the customer to communicate and handle incidents, problems, and requests.- Managed a project to develop iSales as client / server web based tool for UTC fire and security at USA that allows sales executives to create quotes and enter them in the workflow cycle online and offline while they are on the road and using Microsoft technology like C#.net, MS SQL server 2005, VSS, MS project 2007 , and integrating with Backend system (JDE ERP system on AS400)
