3G-324M & H.323 Project LeaderRadvision 2001 - Nov 2005Tel Aviv, -, IlProtocol toolkits development.In this role I was in charge of the development of multiple protocl stacks in RADVISION: H.323, 3G-324M, RTP and RTSP.At the time, H.323 protocol stack amounted for over 50% of the revenue of the BU with a large customer base.I took the H.323 stack development when the team developing it broke apart and the manager of the team relocated to the US.When 3G-324M became important, I was in charge of developing this product from scratch with a team of developers.Development of this products consisted of dealing with scaling issues, portability between operating systems, running on embedded platforms, etc. The customers of these products developed their own products on top of them - from lean clients on feature phones to large PBXs and cloud servers. -
