1 of 150 chosen from 1700 to learn business at my high school’s Mustang Business Academy, which involves learning the business skills to run our student store (marketing/social media mktg, fulfillment, budgeting, brand management, sales pitches, etc.). I developed and executed marketing strategies to promote products and special deals, managed social media accounts and created content to engage the student community, analyzed sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

Little Birdie Club is a woman-owned golf school startup I joined when there were only three coaches (now there are eight). Our mission is to foster a love for golf in little kids. I balance fun and rigor so my “kids” learn to love what is difficult. I also learned to speak with parents in a way that instills confidence and trust, and to come up with new ways to coach an old game.

I lead initiatives that foster a strong connection between our organization and the local community by coordinating community outreach programs and events to address local needs such as beach cleanups and senior center volunteering opportunities, collaborating with local organizations and charities to develop partnerships, mentoring members in leadership development and professional skills.

I am proud to contribute to the emotional well-being of hospice patients and their families, making their final days more meaningful and memorable. I did so through establishing the club’s mission, vision, and strategic direction coordinating with hospice care providers, families, and community partners to identify and fulfill patients’ dreams, and leading fundraising efforts to support dream fulfillment activities and projects.

Snif is a Gen-Z-focused genderless online fragrance start-up that uses an innovative model of shipping customers a small trial vial along with the larger product to ensure customer satisfaction with minimal product loss. Recently launched at Ulta. Of the 150+ TikTok creators I sourced, 20% promoted our product (vs. industry standard = 5-10% for creator seeding.) Curated our new Pinterest presence as Snif’s old one was neglected with my work implemented this quarter. Turned survey data into an Excel story for better marketing decisions.
