But when there is also the momentum from a very good and strong team-organization, this effect is multiplied.From a young age I found myself working in a very responsible position, with several responsibilities in proportion to my experience. Specifically at Doppler, where I took on difficult projects and tasks and with the help of a very strong team - colleagues, I was filled with knowledge and experience in the field of elevators. This young age in a position of responsibility worked to my advantage because it taught me not to be afraid to take the next step. My time in Germany and the companies Deutsche Bahn and Aero-Dienst taught me adaptability in difficult environments and organization under pressure.My return to the difficult reality of Greece seemed to me to be a step back in my career, but it turned out in the end, with personal work and effort, that I was able to turn it into a jump forward by assuming an important position in the company where I still work today .I am constantly chasing my personal improvement, through team effort!
