Recruited to Hong Kong’s first warehouse conversion hotel, a member of Design Hotels (DS), to address performance issues with the recently opened property. Built up awareness of the site whilst diversifying market segmentation and identified inventory alterations for future business growth. Through DS we participated in the with Starwood Preferred Guest (Now Bonvoy) program from late 2016 that assisted with distribution of the hotels unique positioning.Restructured manpower planning and conducted a systematic review of food and beverage to reorganize operations with a focus on efficiency and profitability.With the dual role of DoSR for the Hong Kong portfolio (4 hotels +1 serviced apartment at the time), I was responsible for the sales and revenue strategies, implementing effective threshold and yield management tools to maximize profitability and ROI.

Established efficient procedures to manage multi-site with one centralised team, addressing the intricacies of two separate core brands and a serviced apartment operation.
