This was a dual role assignment, with responsibilities for the top 10 customers in the Arabian Peninsula and work on setting up a newly established manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali. Challenges ranged from understanding customers’ needs to improving customer profitability through the use of P&G products. Simultaneous challenge included setting up necessary accounting principles and procedures for the newly established plant.
