Earlier had been responsible for leading HR/IR in both operational & greenfield projects in organizations of repute across locations in India, Middle East and Africa with sectors such as Oil & Gas, Steel, Infrastructure, Telecom, Shared Services, FMCG, Healthcare & Retail. The key organizations been associated with are AHL Energy FZE, Welspun Corp/ WME, Reliance ADAG, NIS Sparta, DABUR, Hindustan Unilever, Coke & Zydus (Healthcare). Core contribution is in the area of formulating customized HR strategies, HR Processes & Policies, HR automation(HRMS), Talent Management & trusted advisor to the management. Also had hands on experience in building focused teams (project & operations) with required diversity and cultural fitment as key factor. Other key areas worked upon are competency mapping, change agent, managing stake holders, developing culture around core values and Vision, managing Industrial Relations ( Unions/ LTWS/ CBA/ Employee Handbook & Bonus Settlement).Major rewards and recognitions are Chairman's Award for Best Performance 2018-19 Issued by Welspun Corp Limited, Contribution in Group CSR Initiative, issued by President HR ( RCOM ), for the group CSR initiative " Green Mile " for driving plantation of more than four thousand saplings across the India, Leadership Excellence Award issued by COO - Reliance HR Services ( ADAG ) and has also received Honor (Industry - Academia) Issued by By CKSVIM through VC of MSU Vadodara, India and lastly got recently facilitated as "International Achievers Award 2020 for "HR Excellence" by IAF India.
