A full range of HR tasks: recruitment, employees’ adaptation, staff training, development, motivation system, HR administration, payroll calculation.Managing the HR department of 8 people.- Lead of researching of human resource in company- Participation in the optimization of the organizational and staffing structure of the Company in terms of changing the staffing table and calculating the required number of personnel;- Organization and conduct of employee training- Writing and implementing an employee adaptation program- Assessment of the work of employees and development of personnel assessment programs
