This role has been an extraordinary journey, marked by the opportunity to buildand scale a new data business (Telia Crowd Insights) from the ground up into asustainable business. This role's main responsibility was in co-creation of new business opportunities together with B2B customers through business process innovation in customer experience, business model and offering development enabled by digital technologies, service design and lean service creation methodologies

I Led and developed the Business Architecture function and team with a focus on maximizing digitalization opportunities for customers. The team’s goal was to enhance TeliaSonera’s capabilities in capturing the value proposition of digital business enablers, driving both customer success and internal innovation.

I was responsible for consulting on interaction strategies with B2B customers. Focused on supporting clients in improving productivity through technology, efficient work practices, and enhanced knowledge work and collaboration.

In this role I managed a global business segment with a revenue of approximately 20M EUR. Created and implemented sales strategies to achieve targets. Led an international sales team spread across five countries, overseeing the overall development of the segment's business.

In this role I managed key accounts in the shipbuilding industry, primarily in China, South Korea, and Japan. Also I Led the creation of centralized back-office operations, forming a Sales Support Team to serve global sales. Leading a team of nine sales coordinators.

As a member of the Sales and R&D management team, I led key development projects. In R&D, I managed a large-scale transformation to modernize processes and improve efficiency in R&D process. On the sales side, I developed initiatives to optimize processes, renew reporting systems, and create tools for analyzing market growth potential.

Leading a global order handling team, responsible in Business process engineering in a supply chain, restructured processes and managed extensive ERP projects. These efforts resulted in streamlined operations and improved customer satisfaction.

In this role, I developed and coordinated in-house development programs, focusing on competence development and knowledge management.

I initiated and led a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing the utilization of information systems across global operations. This initiative not only improved efficiency but also fostered a culture of continuous learning and development.
