I am providing technical leadership for the LTE Layer 2 (MAC) team. Team size is 6 and our team is involved in developing Layer 2 features for our client who develops Virtual RAN (VRAN) based eNodeB.

I was part of the team which developed the Dual Sim Dual Active (DSDA) feature for a leading semiconductor firm. In addition, I was also involved in developing features for RF interface module (Radio Access unit) for a leading mobile phone equipment manufacturer.

This project was to upgrade the existing LTE code and make it support the latest LTE Release features.My responsibilities:• Develop the framework for uplink physical-layer code and integrate it with the downlink physical layer code.• Development of LTE features such as Carrier Aggregation.

The aim of this project was to develop new features as well as fixing bugs for the Client product which consists of Layer 2 & Layer 3 (L2 & L3) protocols for Networking Domain. My responsibilities:• Testing and fixing issues related to OSPF, OSPFv3, and RIP protocol. The codes were implemented using C in Linux platform. Also used open source software's such as Eclipse, Vim, GDB etc for this project.

This project was to develop a 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) Time Division Duplex (TDD) Base Station Emulator for testing 4G capable mobiles. This project was to develop a WorldSpace Digital Satellite Radio Receiver Using DSP Processor. The Processor used for this purpose is Blackfin (BF 533) DSP processor from Analog Devices. Also, an 8-bit microcontroller (ST72321) from STMicroelectronics was also used in this project.My Responsibilities:• Architecture study of Blackfin DSP Processor, development of C codes for interfacing Blackfin DSP processor to the microcontroller (ST72321).

This project was to develop a new Global Positioning System (GPS) based receiver which can provide navigation solutions to the users.
