Erie, Pennsylvania Area (Girard)

• Development of “B.B.I.” (Bethel Bible Institute), a multi-faceted Christian education, discipleship and training ministry.• Created and published the “Bethel Beacon,” a monthly magazine-style mailing, to all church families.• Began the Harvest Ministry for ingathering of gifts for systematic distribution to those in need.• A weekly Children’s Bible Club was developed, providing afternoon evangelistic and discipleship ministry to the area.

Pennsylvania And Delaware

• Provided oversight, administration, and organization of all district youth and music ministries for the AG within the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. • Bible Quiz participation increased from 7 churches to over 65, becoming the largest BQ ministry in the nation. • District-wide Fine Arts Festival developed, including a two-day conference for all the fine arts. • Development of youth “camping” ministries to include multiple weeks of camps, winter and fall retreats, and creation of a “P.K. Retreat” for the children of the district’s pastors. • Travelled within the PennDel District, preaching, teaching, and conducting seminars and training for pastors, youth and music pastors. • Formation of “SpiriTruth,” a worship ministry team of young men and women from VFCC. This team travelled with me, leading in worship. This also allowed for my personal discipleship of these individuals. • Led the largest Youth Convention in the nation, with attendance at approximately 10,000 people, including teaching, preaching, seminars and fellowship activities.

• Founded “Crossfire” Youth Ministries, transitioning the existing youth group into one of the largest youth ministries in the district.• Discipled scores of young men and women, many of whom are today in full-time ministry themselves. • Provided oversight of the music and worship ministry of the church, including a large adult choir, church orchestra, youth chorale, multiple children’s choirs, ensembles, special music, and seasonal musical productions. • Maintained oversight of the Christian Education ministries, including Sunday School, children’s church, staffing, training, and curriculum.
