As a Spartanburg native, I am dedicated to building and maintaining long-term relationships, which has greatly benefited me in my role as an Advisor in commercial real estate since 2002. My previous leadership experience with Longleaf Development allowed me to oversee many transactions that have shaped the Downtown and Central Business District over the years.Before diving into commercial real estate, I worked in the waste management industry with Container Corporation of Carolina (CCC) and Allied Waste. I earned a degree in History from the University of South Carolina at Spartanburg, and I've been actively involved with various local organizations including the Spartanburg Association of Realtors (as MLS Director and on the Government Affairs Committee), the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Spartanburg, the Boys and Girls Club, the Wofford Terrier Club, and the Country Club of Spartanburg. I’m also a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent.In the past, I’ve served as the President of the Spartanburg Downtown Association, the President of the Spartanburg Lion’s Club, and a member of the Historic and Architectural Review Board. Currently, I’m the Scoutmaster for Troop 1.I’m a proud parent to Burd and Mary Yates Satterfield. Burd is attending Clemson, and Mary Yates is a rising senior at Spartanburg High School.My extensive experience and commitment to both my clients and community have helped me build a reputation for trust and integrity.It would be my pleasure to connect and assist with your commercial real estate needs in the Upstate.
