The project (Ont)Regel het Spaarne Gasthuis is set up to diminish the administrative workload of health care professionals in the Spaarne Gasthuis. I am responsible for the design and the execution of the project of which the main activities are:- researching the current administrative workload- proposing and implementing solutions to diminish the administrative workload- a call to action to activate health care professionals and policy makers on this issue

De Argumentenfabriek is het denkbedrijf voor heldere argumentatie en strategie. Vaak resulteert het denkwerk in heldere en krachtige visualisaties. Wij noemen die kaarten, vandaar mijn functie als 'kaartenmaker'. Via De Argumentenfabriek ben ik ook werkzaam voor de Stichting (Ont)Regel de Zorg die zorgprofessionals en -instellingen ondersteunt bij het verminderen van administratieve lasten.

As an independent consultant I support the development and execution of projects on societal issues.Current and recent projects:- (Ont)Regel de Zorg, Schrap- en verbetersessie: co-hosting and reporting meetings in which primarily health care professionals formulate solutions to diminish their administrative workload, resulting in the action plan called '(Ont)Regel de Zorg' of the Ministry of Health. (commissioned by De Argumentenfabriek)- MOVE-KID: developing the subsidy application (Interreg North-West Europe) for this project about stimulating an active lifestyle for children. (commissioned by NL RNT) - Think Forward Iniative Summit: co-hosting a break out session on the threats and opportunities of rising housing prices. (commissioned by De Argumentenfabriek)- Het Groene Lint: LEADER subsidy application about an art trail in the province of North Brabant (commissioned by Promint Project Management).

Starters4Communities is a combined training and consultancy program for young adults concerning social entrepreneurialism. The program is mainly funded by a self-organized crowdfund campaign of the participators.As a participator I focused on delevoping entrepeneurial skills and I supported the social enterprise Mensdaad in developing new services.

The temporary think tank (Ont)Regel De Zorg has provided insights in the administrative workload of health care professionals. This independent think tank was an initiative of VvAA and action committee Het Roer Moet Om. De Argumentenfabriek was responsible for supporting and supervising the think tank. As a member of this think thank my focus was the administrative workload of gastroenterologists and nurses.I was involved in the development of the following three sets of products: - The administrative workload displayed in six week agendas- Six explanatory stories- Two toolkits to reduce the administrative workload

In collaboration with public and private partners I developed EU (EFRO) funded projects on innovation and sustainability.Projects I was involved in include:- I-QUA, INTERREG Vlaanderen - Nederland. About recovering raw materials from waste water.- 2B-Connect, INTERREG Vlaanderen - Nederland. About increasing biodiversity in business areas.- ICAReS, INTERREG 2 Seas. About innovation accelerating of drone technology in BE, FR, NL and UK.Additionnally I:- developed the N69 LEADER subsidy program (LEADER) for the province of Noord-Brabant- implemented and executed of the subsidy service desk at the Huis van de Brabantse Kempen
