Jeronimo Martins' Management programme for future leader includes:- Meetings and presentations with Managers, Directors and Executive Board Members;- Gaining deep knowledge of some of the most fast-paced markets- food distribution, cash and carry and coffee market in Portugal and Poland - through the experience in Pingo Doce (the second biggest company in Portugal), Biedronka (food retail leader in Poland) Recheio, Caterplus, and Jeronymo;- Operational internship to understand the store context. Rotations through all store areas (fruits and vegetables, fish, meat, pastry and bakery, take-away, distribution, management team, etc.)
