• Began work for the development of a 3D-printed head phantom for improving our understanding of forward models of brain activity, and the effects of non-invasive stimulation on brain activity, in the group of Prof. Surjo Soekadar.• Improved my understanding of the technical aspects of electrophysiological research, 3D printing, and electrical engineering.

• Investigated the regulation of striatal activity through computational modelling as part of my Honours project under the supervision of Dr. Antonio Gonzalez.• Conducted literature reviews; collected and analysed simulated electrophysiological data using Python and NEURON; wrote scientific reports as part of my thesis.

• Investigated choice-predictive brain signals and movement initiation using EEG-based brain-computer interface methods and machine learning-based decoding in the laboratory of Prof. John-Dylan Haynes, under the supervision of Dr. Matthias Schultze-Kraft.• Co-author of a research article published in eNeuro.• My participation in this project was funded by a €5,000 Erasmus+ Traineeship grant.• Conducted literature reviews; designed EEG and behavioural experiments; wrote ethics applications; collected and analysed EEG and behavioural data using MATLAB, Python, and SPSS; wrote scientific reports.• Developed an in depth understanding of brain-computer interfaces, machine learning techniques, and signal analysis. Furthered my understanding of core mathematical concepts, including linear algebra and calculus, as well as statistics.
