• Modeling gas gathering systems, liquid and gas transmission lines, multiphase lines, compositional analysis / hydrate predictions using phase envelopes, compressor and pump performance estimates. • Modeling both onshore and offshore systems / lines for capacity and thermal profiles.• Reviewing system drawings to incorporate pertinent facilities into modeling. • Working on establishing control and shut down settings for various crude lines.• Troubleshooting events such as shut-ins, valve closures, station shut-downs, hydrate formation and liquid holdup.• Modeling compressor station capacity and recommending units for stations. • Knowledge of sour gas treating, silica gel and cryogenic facilities.• Performing erosional velocity calculations to ensure compliance with API 14e maximum recommendations.

• Developed testing procedures for physical and acoustic testing of products.• Assisted the physical, thermal, acoustic and fire testing laboratories with test design, researching and correcting testing problems and testing document revision.
