Core to my coaching philosophy is placing the highest priority on creating a safe, competitive and enjoyable environment that fosters a players natural ability to learn and continuously improve as a human being both on and off the field. My role as a coach is to nurture a footballer's cognition, competence and character, honing a love and understanding of the game that drives an intrinsic standard of excellence within each player. I view coaching as both an art and a science; and just as much as the players we work with, I am constantly evolving, learning and tailoring my approach to coaching to meet the needs of the players, teams and organizations I work with. Prior to launching my career in coaching, I accumulated a wealth of experience in project management/operations and professional services as a Senior Consultant of Advanced Analytics and Data Science for Deloitte US Consulting. I am a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advanced analytics, research, business intelligence and management. I have worked for both large financial institutions and small businesses. I have supported a variety of innovative modeling solutions including lifestyle-based predictive modeling, disease modeling, health population profiling, medical/claims text analytics, and life insurance application triage modeling. I strived to leverage my knowledge in both technical and non-technical fields to help drive efficient business solutions and projects, turning raw information into meaningful toolsWith over 10 years of professional experience, I have learned so much about managing people, projects, budgets, programme development and creative problem solving. After working in two very different fields, I’m eager to bring this new knowledge to a role that combines my passion for football and drive to connect and empower people.
