Maintain contact with the student and fulltime staff especially the Director of the University Centers, the Student Employment Coordinator of the University Centers, the University Information and Ticket Office, Centers Reservations Office, Program Services, Centers Custodial and Centers Services Team, Centertainment Productions, and Protective Services. The Student Manager of Building Managers coordinates and supervises the Building Manager staff, which operates from the University Center's Administration Office. The Student Manager is responsible for hiring, overseeing payroll through PeopleSoft, coordinating meetings, training, scheduling, and evaluating the Building Managers, implementing and enforcing building policies and coordinating emergency procedures. The Student Manager is also responsible for insuring that events occurring in the Centers are adequately supervised and monitored by the Building Manager staff, and that the order and safety of the DUC and occupants are maintained.
