Lead design for a new 0 to 1 Incident Management product. The product increased their customer base by more than 25%, adding 347 customers, becoming one of their top selling and fastest growing products.

As a contract designer, I have worked with two clients, simultaneously, as their UI/UX & Product Designer while also working on other client projects with animation, video editing, and visual design needs. One of my clients has been Tandem, where I previously worked as a full-time product designer.

Lead design for an ads management and alert system platform while working with cross-functional teams, with an adoption rate of over 80%. Created designs and prototypes for entire platform and lead creative review and brainstorming sessions. Conceptualized and created documentation for complex problems, including an automated campaign creative tool for multiple publishers, an active alerts logic visualization, and a report analysis tool.

Lead product design for Beyond4, a 0 to 1 ads platform focused on restaurants marketing through rewards programs. I created a concept for a peer analysis feature and wrote an algorithm used to compare performance for multiple locations of a business against others in the same industry. The application was sold before the user base grew beyond initial onboarded clients.
