If they decide to put the home on the market, I consult on what to do to maximize their sale price and ensure that all sellers are achieving their goals. -I am a partner in another investment company that purchases properties in SW Florida for rehab and/or rental (year round and short term rentals).-I am currently a board member for the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce (SPACC) where I chair the Ambassador Committee. I’m also a board member of the Oakdale Area Chamber of Commerce (OACC), a member of Allied Executives, former board member for Washington County HRA and Alumni of the Year at Tartan High School.
