Spotless Group Holdings Limited (Spotless; ASX: SPO) is a leading provider of outsourced facility services in Australia and New Zealand, with over 39,000 employees.Responsibilities:- Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange Risk Management: hedge exposures according to policy across the groups AUD and NZD syndicated and bilateral facilities. In addition manage foreign exchange exposures and working capital positions between the group Australian and New Zealand operations. This involves actively recommending strategies to minimise group exposure and to tactically take advantage of favourable market pricing.- Reporting: Daily and Monthly reporting to senior management on Net Debt and Working Capital positions- Cash Flow Forecasting: work closely with business units to ensure accurate forecasts are maintained on a rolling basis in managing the groups $6 billion annual turnover across its Australian and New Zealand operations.- Liquidity Management: manage the groups debt facilities to ensure all of the businesses activities are funded whilst minimising the groups funding costs and ensuring compliance with internal policies.- Treasury Accounting: Complete all Treasury Accounting (including Hedge Accounting Documentation), whilst maintaining accurate records for internal and external auditing.

AGL Energy Limited owns and operates the 2,200 megawatt Loy Yang power station and the adjacent Loy Yang coal mine. The business supplies approximately one third of the state of Victoria's power requirements or 10 per cent of total generation for the south-eastern seaboard states. The Loy Yang power station is the largest in Victoria and the open cut is the largest producing brown coal mine in the southern hemisphere.Responsibilities:- Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange Risk Management: hedged exposures according to policy and project financing documentation. Ensured market pricing was achieved and in compliance with internal and external reporting of positions to the board and auditors.- Debt Refinancing: participated in refinancing teams, including analysis and assessing funding options.- Cash and Liquidity Management: ensured funds were available for all scheduled payments and invested surplus funds on the short-term money market, in accordance with financing documents and the Treasury Policy.- Treasury Modelling: maintained the Treasury model to fully reflect actual and projected outcomes for cash, financial ratios, reserve account transfers and waterfall outcomes. This included taking a proactive approach to optimise the business outcome and ensure compliance with debt covenants- Investor Relations: with large syndicate of local and international banks. Used corporate knowledge and finance skills to clearly explain financial and operating results. - Business Planning: completed annual budgets and constantly managed and monitored the forecast position to ensure targets were achieved- Credit Assessments: as requested by Loy Yang Marketing, for electricity contract counter-parties- Derivative Valuations and Hedge Accounting: completed derivative valuations for board reporting and month end accounting requirements. This included effectiveness testing, to ensure compliance with hedge accounting standards.
