Responsible for the website’s content, all online and digital marketing, I was also responsible for the management of the new and used car inventory. I worked closely with vendors and other managers to make www.wolfchasetoyota.com the number one Toyota site in the Mid-South. I continued to assist in the execution of the used car department, mostly in the on-line arena. I focused on both the purchasing of new inventory and disposing of aged units online at various auctions and vehicle listing sites across the internet.Together with the General Manager, we managed the website content and developed an online audience through social media while looking to exceed customer expectations through quality and timely responses to our customer’s request. We consistently offered a market based on-line pricing strategy, while working on creating an on-line buying experience that closely resembled that of an actual visit to the dealership.The department was a leader within the Penske Automotive Group in ecommerce, video, and social media. My teammates and I worked to build a consistent internet advertising message as we drove traffic to our site both organically and through a consistent on-line & social marketing plan. With almost 15,000 hits per month, we were the largest Toyota dealer in the Mid South and Memphis's #1 for 25 years in a row.

The rigorous training program offered me the experience of traveling from coast to coast and the opportunity to work with people at auction houses, body shops, service departments and other superstores.I was part of the grand opening of five superstores and participated in the development of dozens of managers, sales associates, technicians, and clerks. I worked closely with other managers as we created a program that taught people, who had no previous automotive experience, the car business.
