As a dedicated clinician at Body & Mind Health Services, I am passionate about providing inclusive, trauma-informed care to all individuals, especially those from historically marginalized communities. With over a decade of experience in social work, including four years as a licensed practitioner in Idaho, I have a deep commitment to supporting individuals in their journey toward mental and emotional wellness.I have held advisory roles, including two years as an advisory board member at Boise State Public Radio, and served five years on the board of directors at Family Advocates, a nonprofit supporting families and children from a strengths based perspective. My experiences as a queer, BIPOC veteran, foster care alum, and Idaho native uniquely shape my understanding of the challenges faced by diverse populations, especially as Idaho’s demographic landscape changes.My work is grounded in advocacy and a strong commitment to fostering safe, supportive spaces for growth and healing. Recognized as an accomplished under-40 honoree, I am eager to connect with organizations that share my vision for resilience, equity, and community well-being.In my free time, I enjoy running, cooking, and diving into research on a range of interesting topics. I provide both telehealth and in-person services to meet the needs of the community I serve.
